Cancellation:-

Generally a customer is not allowed to cancel an order after placing it. But in some cases like unavailability of a product, the customer have all the rights to cancel the order after being informed by us for the same and customer is entitled for refund as our refund policy. pulsenpassion reserves all the rights to cancel the order under following circumstances:-

 

  1. Unavailability of a product;
  2. Location / Destination of the ordered product is out of our delivery zone;
  3. Failed to contact a customer while a confirmation call.
  4. Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of the order placed.

 

 

Refunds:-

 

A customer is entitled for refund only on pre-paid orders (Refund will be done through online mode in 6-7 working days) in following circumstances:-

 

  1. i) If the packaging is tempered at the time of delivery.
  2. ii) Unavailability of a product;

iii)      Location / Destination of the ordered product is out of our delivery zone;

  1. iv) Failed to contact a customer while a confirmation call.

 

If a customer is opting ‘Cash on Delivery’ option then they will not be require to pay for:-

 

  1. i) A product that is different from the ordered product;
  2. ii) Packaging is tempered or damaged at the time of delivery;
